Everything you need to know to get your MN Building Contractor/Remodeler License is in this class.  We cover the testing material from A to Z in a series of practical, easy-to-follow steps - from OSHA, employment laws and financial statements, to admixtures, nailing schedules and Uniform Building Code requirements.  The course will solidify your understanding of business principles and construction practices and give you test-taking tips, tactics, and hundreds of sample questions to prepare you to pass the exam.  Included in price of class is a copy of the IRC Code Book and our exclusive 100 + page workbook with glossary and hundreds of sample questions to do in class and at home.

How to Pass the Minnesota Contractor Licensing Exam is offered in our St. Paul, Bloomington and Plymouth classrooms on an on-going basis throughout the year.  This two-day class runs from 8am to 4:30pm.  The first day is spent covering the Business/Law section of the exam, the second day covers the Trades portion, in most cases.  Please see the course schedule listed below for starting dates and locations.
