The 6-Day ITA Home Inspection - Fast Track course will put you in the trenches of how to structure your business and develop the necessary technical skills to perform a professional home inspection. You’ll gain technical product knowledge and also hone your verbal and written communication skills. Whether it’s customer service or explaining your technical findings to a non-technical customer, it’s included in this course. Our goal is for your business to prosper.

On-Site Home Inspection

Each student will perform a live, on-site home inspection and prepare a sample report. Your report will be compared with that of the instructor. Your instructor has 20 years of experience and has inspected over 15,000 buildings. Our goal is to make you the best!

Accreditation

The course is approved by ASHI, NAHI and various state home inspector licensing bodies for 55 hours of continuing education. The Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce has approved this course for 22.5 hours of appraisal and real estate continuing education.
